Net Profit stabilized in 2007

Group share of net profit was down by 2 % to €86 million. Conditions turned less favourable in the last few months of the year due to price pressures and the difficulties in obtaining supplies of certain components.

Progetto di costruzione di un nuovo Centro logistico di Pezzi di ricambio MANITOU

Per accompagnare e facilitare lo sviluppo dell'attività PEZZI DI RICAMBIO e disporre di un'organizzazione logistica adeguata ai bisogni dei suoi clienti, la società MANITOU ha finalizzato il progetto di costruzione di un centro logistico di pezzi di ricambio nell'area di Ancenis (zona d'attività della Savinière).

Alcuni dati chiave :

• CA GROUPE MANITOU 2005 : 988,2 milioni di euro
• A Attività Pezzi di Ricambio MANITOU 2005 : 106,7 milioni di euro
• Obiettivo di raddoppiamento del volume d'affari tra il 2004 e il 2014.

Le fasi del progetto :

• acquisizione, nel gennaio 2006, di un terreno di 13 ha nelle vicinanze dell'uscita autostradale di Ancenis ;
• costruzione, nel 2006, di due edifici, di un magazzino di 22.000 m² e di un capannone coperto di 5.500 m² che permettono di coprire i bisogni fino al 2010 ;
• Avvio dei lavori nell'aprile 2006 e consegna degli edifici prevista nel febbraio 2007 ;
• estensione possibile del magazzino di 6.000 m² a partire dal 2010 per coprire i bisogni fino al 2020.

I componenti del progetto :

• integrazione di nuovi processi e di attrezzature di manutenzione a forte valore aggiunto (trasportatore per contenitori, pallet e pacchi, gru a portale semovente, utilizzo delle tecnologie in radiofrequenza, vocale per il picking con generalizzazione dell'uso del codice barra).
• Installazione di strumenti di pilotaggio e di ottimizzazione del magazzino e del trasporto che permettano di controllare volumi in forte crescita e con flussi sempre più internazionali.
• Organizzazione in « modalità progetto» con costituzione di una squadra progetto trasversale.

Investimento:

• Un budget globale di 23 milioni di euro, comprendente la costruzione e la attrezzature.
