Net Profit stabilized in 2007

Group share of net profit was down by 2 % to €86 million. Conditions turned less favourable in the last few months of the year due to price pressures and the difficulties in obtaining supplies of certain components.

Proyecto de construcción de un nuevo Centro logístico de Piezas de recambio MANITOU

Para poder acompañar y facilitar el desarrollo de la actividad PIEZAS DE RECAMBIO y para disponer de una organización logística frente a las necesidades de sus clientes, la empresa MANITOU ha finalizado un proyecto de construcción de un centro logístico de piezas de recambio en el centro de Ancenis (zona de actividad de la Savinière).

Algunos datos en cifras:

• VN (Volumen de negocios) GRUPO MANITOU 2005: 988,2 millones de euros
• VN Actividad Piezas de Recambio MANITOU 2005: 106,7 millones de euros
• Objetivo de duplicación del volumen de negocios entre el 2004 y el 2014.

Las etapas del proyecto:

• adquisición, en enero del 2006, de un terreno de 13 ha a proximidad de la salida de la autopista de Ancenis;
• construcción, en el 2006, de dos edificios, de un almacén de 22.000 m² y de un hall cubierto de 5.500 m² que permita cubrir las necesidades hasta 2010;
• inicio de las obras en abril del 2006 para una recepción de los edificios en febrero del 2007;
• posible ampliación del almacén de 6.000 m² a partir del 2010 para cubrir las necesidades hasta el 2020.

Los componentes del proyecto

• integración de nuevos procesos y de equipos de manutención de gran valor añadido (transportadores de recipientes, de palettes y de paquetes, transelevadores, uso de las tecnologías de radiofrecuencia vocal para el picking con generalización del uso del código de barras).
• Instalación de herramientas de pilotaje y de optimización del almacén y del transporte permanente que permite hacer frente a volúmenes en aumento y a flujos cada vez más internacionales.
• Organización en “modo proyecto” con constitución de un equipo proyecto transversal.

Inversión:

• Un presupuesto global de 23 millones de euros que cubrirá la construcción y el equipo.
