For twenty years - and often more - after the sale of a machine, it will need to be supplied with spare parts. Manitou has pulled out all the stops to rise to the challenge of delivering this service to its 3,000 customers, dealers and major accounts across the globe.

Located at Ancenis, the group's major warehoure covers an area of 10,500 m². The computerisation of the entire spares delivery system means that Manitou can guarantee highly efficient delivery schedules. All orders received on the French network via a Manitou Extranet link before 4.30 pm will be delivered in France before 8 am on the following day, and in the rest of Europe before midday.
Manitou BF obtained the ISO 9001 : 2000 certification. By combining its warehouse with this step, it marks a new company dynamics resolutely directed towards the customers satisfaction.
