ACQUISITION IN CHINA

With a view to ensuring the growth of its industrial and commercial activities, on 21st September 2005 MANITOU announced that it had acquired a majority holding (90%) in the capital of the HANGZHOU IRISMAN MH EQUIPMENT Corp company, who specialises in the manufacture and distribution of internal combustion industrial fork-lift trucks.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR A NEW MANITOU SPARE PARTS DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

The MANITOU organisation have finalised plans for the construction of a spare parts distribution centre on the Ancenis site (Savinière business park) to accompany and facilitate growth in the SPARE PARTS sector and to provide a logistical organisation that is in phase with the needs of their clients.
